How much does Hireo cost?

Hireo prices engagements per pod rather than per seat, across three tiers: Starter Pod for shared resources across a few projects, Growth Pod for a full dedicated team, and Enterprise Pod for multiple squads with architecture and DevOps support. Pricing is quoted per engagement — contact sales for a figure.

What is a delivery pod?

A pod is a dedicated team assembled for one client — typically engineers plus supporting roles such as QA, design, or product management. Pod members log hours against the engagement, and those hours roll up into weekly timesheets that the client reviews and approves before they are billed.

How do companies track and approve contractor hours?

Engineers log time entries against their pod assignment, tagged by task type and marked billable or non-billable. Those entries aggregate into a weekly timesheet the engineer submits for approval. Totals are always recomputed on the server from the underlying entries, so an approved timesheet always matches the hours actually logged.

How does Hireo vet engineers?

Vetting runs through a staged pipeline. Engineers take timed skill assessments scored automatically, submit solutions to coding challenges that are executed against hidden test cases in a sandbox, and complete AI voice interviews that are transcribed and analysed. Passing an assessment records a verified skill score on the engineer's profile.
